Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Height District. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at booking@theheightsdistrict.com. with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
• Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment, minus any shipping charges, within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at booking@theheightsdistrict.com. with your order number and exchange request.
• We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item you wish to exchange.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.
