What types of products does Heights District offer?

Heights District specializes in oversized streetwear, featuring designs and drops you will not find anywhere else. We are the manufacturer so we are able to keep prices very fair while keeping premium quality. 

How can I determine my size when ordering?

To assist with sizing, we provide a detailed size chart on most products. If you are buying one of the drop shoulder tees we suggest going a size down. All other styles will say in description suggested size to order and what model is wearing. 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 4-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. A restocking fee of $15 will apply to cover shipping and processing costs.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please contact us at booking@theheightsdistrict.com. Alternatively, you may mail your order along with the packing slip to our physical address at 1107 Dragon Street, Dallas, Texas 75207.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
